deCaro is President of The deCaro Consulting Group,
Inc., a human resources consulting firm supporting
businesses and organizations. The deCaro Consulting
Group, Inc. provides short and long-term contract
recruiting, handbook and policy development, compensation
strategies and employee counseling. They can also
serve as a company’s interim Human Resources
department.
Prior to starting her own firm, Teddy was Vice
President of Human Resources, Bread & Circus;
Vice President of Human Resources, Chadwick's
of Boston; Assistant Vice President, Hit or Miss;
Western Division Director of Human Resources and
Director of Labor Relations and Staffing, Marshalls,
Inc.
She has extensive experience in Labor Relations,
Executive Recruitment, Management Training and
Counseling. She is well known as the person to
contact for networking purposes.
Teddy holds a Master's Degree in Management and
has delivered many presentations on the Legal
Do's and Don'ts; Interviewing Skills, Networking,
Harassment Prevention and Progressive Discipline.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resources
